Junior Climbing Team Practice (Rec / Int)

For kids who want to take climbing to the next level, they can try out for Team Vault. We offer different levels of climbing teams based on ability that practice 1-3 times a week. Team members train together with our coaches to improve their climbing skills and overall fitness. They also may compete both individually and as a team in both Bouldering and Sport Climbing competitions governed by USA Climbing.
Recreation Climbing Team
Climber's Ability: 5.8 - 5.9, V0 - V1
The Recreation Team is designed for kids who are looking to climb in a fun, group environment. While completeing our Kid's Class Program prior to joining is not necessary, it is recommended to be introduced to the basics of climbing, as well as being taught how to top rope belay and boulder. While on team, they will practice these skills as well as learn strength training through climbing-based workouts.
$180 per Month - One Practice per Week / $250 per Month - Two Practices per Week
Intermediate Climbing Team
Climber's Ability: 5.9 - 5.10, V1 - V2
The Intermediate Climbing Team is comprised of individuals who have demonstrated an understanding of intermediate climbing movement and who have a clear drive to improve their skills. The cirriculum will focus mostly on technique, however climbers will also be introduced to some basic strength training and conditioning. The goal of Intermediate Team is to train for more advanced team levels.
$180 per Month - One Practice per Week / $250 per Month - Two Practices per Week
Advanced Climbing Team
Climber's Ability: 5.10 - 5.11+, V2 - V4+
The Advanced Climbing Team is comprised of individuals who have a well-rounded climbing technique. They will undergo an intensive training program that includes: stretching, power training, and climbing. As a transition program for our Competitve Climbing Team this group will be tested physically and mentally both on and off the wall.
