Christina is one of our newest yoga teachers at The Gravity Vault Chatham. She has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and has recently completed her yoga teacher training certification. Christina specializes in vinyasa yoga and has a wide skill set that is beneficial for all styles and levels of practice. In her free time, Christina stays busy by hiking and outdoor rock climbing while finding new hobbies to keep her mind focused and hands busy.  Christina offers a stretch and flow class focusing on balance and strength Wednesdays at 6:00pm.

Christina is one of our newest yoga teachers at The Gravity Vault Chatham. She has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and has recently completed her yoga teacher training certification. Christina specializes in vinyasa yoga and has a wide skill set that is beneficial for all styles and levels of practice. In her free time, Christina stays busy by hiking and outdoor rock climbing while finding new hobbies to keep her mind focused and hands busy.  Christina offers a stretch and flow class focusing on balance and strength Wednesdays at 6:00pm.

The Competitive Team is comprised of the strongest climbers.  These climbers will follow a rigorous training program that will make them the best climbers in the nation.  Not all members need to compete in the USA Climbing Program in order to qualify them for the team; they may choose to only Boulder or Top Rope.  They will be given individual customized training programs based on their strengths and weaknesses.  Climbers need their own equipment.

Cali has been practicing yoga for 10 years focusing on the core elements of breathing, flow and balance. Cali finds yoga the central focus to many movement and balance type activities and has become skilled in acro yoga, slacklining, running, and climbing. The Intermediate Team is comprised of individuals who have limited climbing expericne and are interested in taking climbing to the next level.  They need to have basic knowledge of top roping and bouldering, as well as have the ability to effectively use their feet to position their body while climbing.  Try Outs are required.

The overall goal of our Kids Classes is to develop climbing skills, abilities, and confidence in order to advance toward our competitive Youth Climbing Team program. 

Our Kids classes are six weeks in length (with one makeup class)

In addition to learning knots and belay mechanics, beginner and intermediate climbers will begin to learn more in-depth skills and techniques.
