Christina is one of our newest yoga teachers at The Gravity Vault Chatham. She has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and has recently completed her yoga teacher training certification. Christina specializes in vinyasa yoga and has a wide skill set that is beneficial for all styles and levels of practice. In her free time, Christina stays busy by hiking and outdoor rock climbing while finding new hobbies to keep her mind focused and hands busy.  Christina offers a stretch and flow class focusing on balance and strength Wednesdays at 6:00pm.

Our Kids classes are six weeks in length (with one makeup class)

In addition to learning knots and belay mechanics, beginner and intermediate climbers will begin to learn more in-depth skills and techniques.

The Advanced Team is comprised of individuals who have a well-rounded climbing technique.  They will undergo an intensive training program that incluces stretching, power training, and climbing.  Try Outs are required and free. Christina is one of our newest yoga teachers at The Gravity Vault Chatham. She has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and has recently completed her yoga teacher training certification. Christina specializes in vinyasa yoga and has a wide skill set that is beneficial for all styles and levels of practice. In her free time, Christina stays busy by hiking and outdoor rock climbing while finding new hobbies to keep her mind focused and hands busy.  Christina offers a stretch and flow class focusing on balance and strength Wednesdays at 6:00pm.
