Been to the gym a few times and feel like you’re thrashing your way to the top? Seen experienced climbers “make it look easy”, and want that flow? Feel stuck at your current grade and not sure how to bump to the next level? Technique Class is for you! This 6-week course is designed to teach beginner climbers the different techniques of climbing and how to apply them while on the wall. Each week will go over a specific theme; basic body movements, balance, footwork, hand positions, the efficiency of movement and training techniques.

Cali has been practicing yoga for 10 years focusing on the core elements of breathing, flow and balance. Cali finds yoga the central focus to many movement and balance type activities and has become skilled in acro yoga, slacklining, running, and climbing. Cali guides a healthy yoga practice that provides opportunities to pause our hectic lives, allowing for mindfulness, and feelings of gratitude to create positive feelings of unity from within.

The Advanced Team is comprised of individuals who have a well-rounded climbing technique.  They will undergo an intensive training program that incluces stretching, power training, and climbing.  Try Outs are required and free. The overall goal of our Kids Classes is to develop climbing skills, abilities, and confidence in order to advance toward our competitive Youth Climbing Team program. 

Our Kids classes are six weeks in length (with one makeup class)

The Competitive Team is comprised of the strongest climbers.  These climbers will follow a rigorous training program that will make them the best climbers in the nation.  Not all members need to compete in the USA Climbing Program in order to qualify them for the team; they may choose to only Boulder or Top Rope.  They will be given individual customized training programs based on their strengths and weaknesses.  Climbers need their own equipment.

The Intermediate Team is comprised of individuals who have limited climbing experience and are interested in taking climbing to the next level.  They need to have basic knowledge of top roping and bouldering, as well as have the ability to effectively use their feet to position their body while climbing.  Try Outs are required and free.
