FAQ for Parents/Guardians:

Q: Can my child register for just one day?
A: Yes!

Q: What do they do all day? Is it just climbing the whole time?
A: Camp Rocks is a mix of climbing, climbing-related games & activities, and non-climbing-related games & activities.

Q: My kid has never climbed before. Is that okay?
A: Yes, prior experience is not required. Our camp is focused mainly on climbing with a variety of off-the-wall games and other activities. If you are unsure of your child's interest in climbing, we invite you to bring them in for a private session to check us out. 

Q: What are the off-site days?
A: Tuesday/Thursday = TreEscape Adventure Park in Vernon, NJ, and another Gravity Vault location. 

Q: What if it rains on outdoor days?
A: We make every effort to get outside, but when the weather happens, we will still travel off-site to another Gravity Vault location for a change of scenery

Q: Is there a sibling discount?
A:  There are multi-day and multi-week discounts that may apply. 

Q: What are the early drop-off & late pickup times?
A: Dropoff= 8:30 AM on M, W, F. Pick up= 5:00 PM M-F

Q: I'm not 100% sure if I want to commit to that payment. Can I be penciled in and think about it?
A: Due to high demand, payment is required at the time of registration.

Q: Can I switch weeks?
A: We strive to work with each family's needs and understand plans change, so will do what we can to adjust where room allows and within our rescheduling policies. Please see below.

Terms & Conditions

The Gravity Vault reserves the right to cancel a week if enrollment is below 10. If an outdoor climbing day must be canceled due to weather, the day will be spent indoors. There will be no make-ups or refunds if an outdoor day is canceled due to inclement weather.

Reschedule, Cancellations, and Refunds   

We want your child to enjoy a great week of climbing summer camp, but understand that things happen. We will do what we can to reschedule your registration for another week or credit towards another service with applicable fees below. Should a cancellation be required, additional fees or loss or registration apply. Please review and keep in mind the Reschedule and Cancellation Policies below prior to registration. All Reschedule or Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the location's direct email address.

Reschedule - We will do what we can to reschedule your registration for another week or service where openings exist. 

1. Within 72 hours of payment                              = No fee
2. 60 Days or greater from camp start date       = No fee
3. 59 - 30 Days from camp start date                  = $50 fee
4. 29 -15 Days from camp start date                   = $100 fee
5. 14 - 0 Days                                                           = $300 fee

Cancellation

1. Within 72 hours of payment                              = Refund less a $25 processing fee
2. 60 Days or greater from camp start date        = Refund less a $25 processing fee
3. 59 - 30 Days from camp start date                   = Refund less a $100 fee
4. 29 - 15 Days from camp start date                   = Refund less a $200 fee
5. 14 - 0 Days (including No Shows)                     = Non-Refundable/Loss of Registration/No Credit
