This 1 hour class is designed to support climbers by improving mobility, balance, flexibility, and body awareness—key elements for efficient movement on the wall! Through a combination of flowing sequences and held poses, the class helps increase range of motion in the hips, shoulders, and spine while building stability and control.
For climbers, yoga aids in injury prevention and recovery by releasing tight muscles, strengthening stabilizers, and promoting better alignment. Breathwork and mindful movement also enhance focus and relaxation.
