The Gravity Vault Lehigh Valley Climbing Teams

Our Advanced Team is for kids who have a well rounded climbing technique. They will undergo an intensive training program that includes stretching, power training, and climbing.

Practice will be for two hours, twice a week.

The Gravity Vault Lehigh Valley Climbing Teams

Our Recreational Team is for kids that have limited climbing experience and are interested in taking climbing to the next level. They need to have a basic knowledge of top roping and bouldering, as well as have the ability to effectively use their feet to position their body while climbing. 

Our Intermediate Team is for kids who have demonstrated an understanding of intermediate climbing movement and who have a clear drive to improve their skills. The curriculum will focus mostly on technique, however climbers will also be introduced to some basic strength training.

Our Rec and Int. Teams currently meet at the same time as we are working on building each program!

Summer Rocks Camp 2026!

The Gravity Vault’s week-long summer camp is a perfect option for kids 5-14 years old who can’t get enough of climbing. Each day will have an itinerary jam-packed with climbing, games, activities, and team-building with other campers.

All necessary climbing equipment is provided for all participants. Participants are asked to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing and bring a packed lunch daily and we’ll take care of the rest!

Q: Can my child register for just one day?
A: Yes!

Q: What do they do all day? Is it just climbing the whole time?
A: Summer Rocks is a mix of top-rope climbing, auto-belay climbing, bouldering, climbing related games & activities, and non-climbing related games & activities.

Q: My kid has never climbed before. Is that okay?
A: No climbing experience is required, but each day is filled with climbing focused activities. If you are unsure if they enjoy climbing, we recommend bringing them in to climb prior to camp to get a feel for their interest.

Q: Is there a sibling discount?
A:  There are multi-day and multi-week discounts. There is also a discount available for siblings. 

Q : I'm not 100% sure if I want to commit to that payment. Can I be penciled in and think about it?
A: Due to high demand, payment is required at the time of registration.

Q: Can I switch weeks?
A: We strive to work with each family's needs and understand plans change, so will do what we can to adjust where room allows and within our rescheduling policies. Please see below.

Our Advanced Team is for kids who have a well rounded climbing technique. They will undergo an intensive training program that includes stretching, power training, and climbing.

Practice will be for two hours, twice a week.

The Gravity Vault’s week-long summer camp is a perfect option for kids 5-14 years old who can’t get enough of climbing. Each day will have an itinerary jam-packed with climbing, games, activities, and team-building with other campers.

Q: Can my child register for just one day?
A: Yes!

Q: What do they do all day? Is it just climbing the whole time?
A: Summer Rocks is a mix of top-rope climbing, auto-belay climbing, bouldering, climbing related games & activities, and non-climbing related games & activities.

Q: My kid has never climbed before. Is that okay?
A: No climbing experience is required, but each day is filled with climbing focused activities. If you are unsure if they enjoy climbing, we recommend bringing them in to climb prior to camp to get a feel for their interest.

Q: Is there a sibling discount?
A:  There are multi-day and multi-week discounts. There is also a discount available for siblings. 

Q : I'm not 100% sure if I want to commit to that payment. Can I be penciled in and think about it?
A: Due to high demand, payment is required at the time of registration.

Q: Can I switch weeks?

Our Recreational Team is for kids that have limited climbing experience and are interested in taking climbing to the next level. They need to have a basic knowledge of top roping and bouldering, as well as have the ability to effectively use their feet to position their body while climbing. 

Our Intermediate Team is for kids who have demonstrated an understanding of intermediate climbing movement and who have a clear drive to improve their skills. The curriculum will focus mostly on technique, however climbers will also be introduced to some basic strength training.

Our Rec and Int. Teams currently meet at the same time as we are working on building each program!
