Have you been to the gym a few times and feel like you’re thrashing your way to the top? Have you seen experienced climbers “make it look easy,” and want that flow? Do you feel stuck at your current grade and are not sure how to take it to the next level? Then this class is for you!

For climbers who want to improve their form and flow up the wall, this course covers techniques that will help you climb more efficiently and maximize your power. Elements covered include footwork, body positioning, grip and movement types, and reading routes. 6:1 student to instructor ratio.

We recommend that you own your own pair of shoes. 2 hours, ages 14+.
