For female identifying climbers who want to improve their form and flow up the wall. This course covers techniques that will help you climb more efficiently and crush your next project! Elements covered are a mix of Fight Gravity 1 and Fight Gravity 2, including footwork, body positioning, sequencing, and projecting. We offer a female-identifying only environment for this 2 hour class with a 1:6 instructor to student ratio.

Prerequisites:

• Climbing 5.10a - 5.10d and/or V1-V2 comfortably
• Personal climbing shoes and harness recommended
• Ages 14+
