Host a birthday party with The Gravity Vault where people ages 5 and up can come climb and have fun. The birthday party lasts for two hours, which includes 1.5 hours of climbing and a half hour to celebrate in our party room. Harnesses provided. Participants are welcome to climb in their own closed toe athletic shoes or climbing shoes are available for $6 per participant.
We offer different package options for the party room to accommodate your needs.

Package 1 includes: an hour and a half of rock climbing with Gravity Vault instructors on a 5:1 ratio, half an hour in our party room, and a t-shirt for birthday child.
Package 2 includes: an hour and a half of rock climbing with Gravity Vault instructors on a 5:1 ratio, half an hour in our party room, and a t-shirt for birthday child. In addition, we include 2 slices of pizza per climber, beverages and all the paper products. The instructors will also serve and clean up!

Terms and Conditions - Birthday Party Agreement: When you book your Birthday Party, you are agreeing to the following terms:
The Gravity Vault is happy to host this special event for you. We strive to make each party extra special and ask that all of our guests adhere to this agreement. In order to reserve your party date an initial deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is 50% of the Base Price of the Birthday Option you choose. It does not include any additional climbers or other charges. This deposit will be applied to your total balance. If not canceled within 24 hours, this deposit is non refundable. The Gravity Vault requires a minimum of 30-day notice if you should need to change the date of your party for any reason and we will do our best to reschedule you for your desired date. However, you may only reschedule your party one time and must reschedule within 60-days of your original reservation date. If you find that you need to reschedule your party within 14-days of your party date, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. In the event that you need to reschedule within 7-days of your party date, a $100 rescheduling fee will be applied.
Your deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours, please make sure to book a date that is best for you.
The balance of the party is due on the day of the party and is due in cash or credit card.
Parents of party guests and other non-participating adults are welcome to come into the gym, but like all visitors they MUST sign a day waiver before leaving the reception area and are requested not to enter the climbing areas as indicated by the padding flooring. Also, all party-oriented food and drink is expected to remain in the party room.
Additionally, parents and other adults (regardless of belay status) are NOT allowed to belay children that are participants in the birthday party - this is a Gravity Vault staffed program where The Gravity Vault provides all the belaying and rope management in the climbing areas.
Please be sure to arrive 10-minutes early. If you are ordering food, please be sure that it arrives 1-hour and 15-minutes after your party begins. Your party time is reserved for one and a half hours of instruction and climbing followed by half an hour in our private party room. If the party should run over there is an overtime charge of $50.00 for every 15 minutes that the party continues. This would include time that runs late due to the ordering of food for your guests.
The Gravity Vault holds the right to terminate your party should the above agreements not be met.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that you are responsible to pay for every guest that participates at the party including guests that leave early or arrive late.
The Gravity Vault maintains a maximum ratio of one belayer (instructor) to five climbers during parties to ensure the best experience possible. Additional instructors may be requested at an additional cost. Harnesses are provided to all party goers. Climbers are asked to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing and each participant under 18 must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian, according to our waiver guidelines. The birthday child is counted as one for the first ten participants. An initial non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
You are responsible for ensuring all guests properly complete a waiver and those under 18-years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian; anyone without a signed waiver will not be able to rock climb.
