Join us at The Gravity Vault in Melville, NY for our Climbing Art Party, a one-of-a-kind experience that blends the excitement of indoor rock climbing with creative arts and crafts. For only $25 per child, participants enjoy 90 minutes of top rope climbing and fun climbing-themed games followed by 30 minutes of painting crafts in our party room. It’s the ultimate combination of movement and imagination, perfect for families with children ages 5 to 14.

All climbing is assisted by our trained staff, who manage the ropes and guide climbers through an exciting experience on our 40-foot climbing walls. No climbing experience is required, and all harnesses and art supplies are included. Whether your child has climbed before or is trying it for the very first time, this event is the perfect way to introduce them to the sport of climbing in a fun, supportive environment.

What to Expect at the Event

90 Minutes of Climbing & Games

Kids will begin with 90 minutes of guided climbing on our 40-foot indoor climbing walls. Our experienced, belay-certified instructors will manage all the rope systems, helping children climb safely and confidently. During the climbing portion, children can also take part in games and climbing challenges designed to keep the energy high and encourage teamwork, confidence, and fun.

Our climbing routes are designed for all skill levels, so every participant can find success and enjoy the challenge, whether it’s their first time on the wall or they’ve climbed before. All equipment is included, and no prior experience is necessary.

Please note: bouldering is not included in this event.

30 Minutes of Painting Crafts

After climbing, the group will move into our party room for a half-hour of hands-on creative fun. Our staff will guide kids through painting crafts using a wide variety of art materials. Kids will have a chance to paint their own climbing-themed creations, decorate a piece inspired by their adventure, or simply express themselves through color and design.

All painting supplies, brushes, and craft materials are included—just bring your imagination. Every child will take home their artwork at the end of the event.
