Program Overview:

Join us for our monthly LGBTQIA+ rock climbing meetup on the second Thursday of every month at The Gravity Vault in Poughkeepsie, NY. This casual, community-driven event invites climbers of all backgrounds to connect and climb together in a welcoming space. All skill levels are welcome, from first-timers to experienced climbers. Whether you want to boulder, top rope, or lead climb, we have something for everyone. A staff member will be available from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM to assist with belaying on top rope. Don’t worry about being new – our friendly staff is here to help you feel at home and get the conversation started!

Ages: This program is open to ages 18+

Location: The Gravity Vault, 6 Neptune Rd., Poughkeepsie, NY, located just off Route 9.

Activities Included:
Participants are welcome to enjoy bouldering, top roping, or lead climbing (based on certification). If you're new to climbing, feel free to ask our staff member about climbing games or getting started with basic techniques!

Time:
Discount day passes are available from 6:00 PM until closing. A staff member will be available to belay from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
