Purchases may be made in person or over the phone.

In order to qualify for the Membership Specials, all purchases must be processed and activated by 8 PM on March 16th 2025. 

Punch Passes and Staff Belay packages expire one year from date of purchase, regardless of quantity purchased or existence of current package.
 
1-Month, 3-Month and Annual Memberships must be activated immediately upon purchase or run consecutively after the expiration of any existing subscription to qualify for bonus time.

Punch Passes, Staff Belay Packages, 1-Month and 3-Month Memberships are valid only at the location where purchased.

Annual with Contract Membership special:
- Membership is valid at all Gravity Vault locations
- 12-month billing commitment required; March 2025 prorated fees apply at time of sale, April 2025 is FREE, 12 Month Contractual billing begins May 1st, 2025. Membership continues month-to-month after 12 full billing cycles and may be cancelled after April 1st 2026 billing is processed with a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Cancellation fees will apply if cancelled prior to fulfilling 12 full billing cycles.
