June Adult Technique Classes
These adult technique classes are designed for beginners who are looking to learn climbing techniques, improve their mindset for climbing, and learn to incorporate new warmups and drills into your climbing session. Classes offered in February will be split into top rope/auto-belay and bouldering technique classes (see schedule below).
Cost:
Current Members: FREE
Non Members: $35 per class
Schedule:
Monday, June 2nd: Top Rope and Auto Technique at 6:30-8pm
Monday, June 9th: Bouldering Technique at 6:30-8pm
Monday, June 16th: Lead Technique at 6:30-8pm
About the Instructor:
"I have been climbing for 20 years. I started as the person with clunky movements who would get frustrated by intimidating landscapes and wouldn't perform to the best of my ability. I would love to pass on core movement patterns, improve your efficiency/mindset on the wall while gaining a deeper understanding of body positioning and footwork in climbing."
