as well as the Parkinson's Foundation. Anyone living with PD is welcome to climb, and family members are encouraged to climb as well.

People living with Parkinson’s Disease have challenges that span the physical, social and emotional spheres.
Rock climbing addresses all of these challenges from balance and strength to depression, cognitive impairment and social isolation.

Up ENDing Parkinson’s meets at Gravity Vault Radnor every Wednesday at 1:30pm.
Admission, instruction and rental gear is provided for free during the meet-up.
Outside of meet-up times, those with Parkinson's can save $10 on a Day Pass, Membership, or Staff-Belayed session.
Call us with any questions or to book a session outside of Wednesdays: 610-756-2529
No experience is necessary to join this meet-up.

We encourage you to spread the word about this event as this meet-up can be incredibly beneficial for anyone living with Parkinson's Disease.
We are the 1st gym in Pennsylvania to have a regular program like this and would love for more people to know about it!
