Adult Fundamentals Class
Upper Saddle River, NJ
The Gravity Vault in Upper Saddle River will be running a 6-week Adult Technique class on Wednesday Nights from 6-8pm, starting April 10th.
This class for climbers who are currently climbing around the 5.9/V2-3 level, and are looking to progress up to 5.12/V5 territory.
The class is tailored to the training both Physical Fitness and Technique training.
Our curriculum will be covering the following topics:
Critical climbing-related muscle development, footwork and beta reading, balance on the wall and weight distribution across holds, body tension, along with angle-dependent movements and techniques.
This course meets Wednesdays from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM for 6 weeks.
Prerequisites: Must be belayed certified, 18 years or older, and be able to comfortably climb 5.8
