Build strength, balance, and trust in this playful partner-based class that blends elements of acrobatics and yoga. Learn foundational shapes, flows, and spotting techniques in a supportive, collaborative environment.

No partner required — just bring curiosity and a willingness to try something new!

Great cross-training for climbers: improve core control, body awareness, and communication.

Join our upcoming Lead Climbing And Belaying Class on September 24th from 5 - 9 pm!

Learn the fundamentals of lead climbing with our experts in a safe environment. You can reserve a spot by either calling us or reserving in person at the front desk. You must be top rope belayed certified before the class and must be able to comfortably climb 5.9s.
