- Scoring is on the HONOR SYSTEM - your partner must witness each climb and sign off with their initials.
- SCORECARD:
- Each time you make an ATTEMPT (whether you get to the top or not), put a check mark in the boxes in the "Attempts" column.
- Each time you SUCCESSFULLY flash or send a route/problem:
- Check the box in the "Flash/Send" Column.
- Have your partner initial the "Witness Initials" column
- FINAL SCORE: Your top 54scores are included in your overall score and will include at least 2 rope climbs and 2 boulder problems.

- DO NOT climb any of the competition routes before starting your session.
- You have 3 HOURS to complete the competition:
- The clock starts when you are given a scorecard by the front desk staff and stops
when you turn it in. The front desk staff will mark your start and end times.

- ONLY 3 attempts maximum on any route or problem.
- SCORING:
- The scoresheet lists the maximum points for each top-rope route
- A FLASH scores full points.
- Flash: Climbing from the ground to the top on your first attempt with no falls or hangs.
- A SEND reduces the point value by 5 for the 2nd attempt and 10 for the 3rd attempt.
- Send: Climbing from the ground to the top with no falls or hangs on your 2nd or 3rd attempt.
- Scoring is on the HONOR SYSTEM - your partner must witness each climb and sign off with their initials.
- SCORECARD:
- Each time you make an ATTEMPT (whether you get to the top or not), put a check mark in the boxes in the "Attempts" column.
- Each time you SUCCESSFULLY flash or send a route/problem:
- Check the box in the "Flash/Send" Column.
- Have your partner initial the "Witness Initials" column
- FINAL SCORE: Your top 54scores are included in your overall score and will include at least 2 rope climbs and 2 boulder problems.
- CLIMBING RULES:
- START: Climbers must establish themselves on the wall using the taped start holds with both feet off the ground before proceeding.
- FINISH: Climbers must have both hands on the finish hold(s) in a controlled manner for at least 2 seconds.
- FOLLOW any climbing instructions on the route tag.
- The BELAYER may not provide any tension on the rope.
- NO COACHING while a colimber is on the wall. (No spraying beta!)
