Dynamic movement and dynos are often misunderstood techniques in climbing. While it may seem that launching yourself with momentum only to barely reach your target hold is a reakless feat, there is quite a bit of technique involved! Learning the ins and outs of dynamic movement is an invaluable skill for all disciplines of climbing and one that can often be more efficient than its static counterpart. 

This 2 hour class will teach you the basics of controlling your dynamic movement so that you can have the confidence to let loose and go for those big moves!
