Monday Rocks is the class for our youth climbers that have participated in our Level 1 and/or Level 2 classes, has prior climbing experience and is looking to learn more, or has aspirations of working their way up to our climbing Team. Ascenders participants will take class to the next level focusing on going deeper with technique, encouraging themselves and others to project harder routes, and incorporate conditioning into lessons to better improve physical performance.  

Team kids are climbers who are looking to really push themselves forward in their climbing. They must schedule and complete a tryout with a qualified staff member which will indicate whether they start on intermediate or advanced team. In most cases, these kids will have completed at least a class with us and have a decent amount of experience and drive.
Can be joined at any time. Gear is suggested.

Competitive Team:
The Competitive Team is composed of the strongest climbers. These climbers follow a rigorous training program suited for athletes aspiring to compete at the national level. Not all members need to compete in the USA Climbing Program to qualify for the team; they may choose to only Boulder or Top Rope or do both. They will be given workouts to maximize their strength, stamina, technique and problem solving skills. Climbers Ability: 5.11-5.13; V3-V10+

-$300 a month, includes three practices (6 hours) a week.

Our Women and Non-Binary meet up is a safe space that empowers and connects people together. From beginners to more seasoned climbers, we have a range of amazing people attending our meet up every week and you will always have someone to support you.

Every Tuesday from 6:00-9:00PM.

$25 Day Pass or Free for Members.

We have a room accessible to store your stuff in, have a spot of tea, enjoy a snack and chat amongst others in the group. Our goal is to provide a supportive community for Women and Non-Binary individuals to get together, connect, stay active and empower each other. Lasting friendships have been formed with this group and we hope to continue providing the space for more to join us!

Monday Rocks is the class for our youth climbers that have participated in our Level 1 and/or Level 2 classes, has prior climbing experience and is looking to learn more, or has aspirations of working their way up to our climbing Team. Ascenders participants will take class to the next level focusing on going deeper with technique, encouraging themselves and others to project harder routes, and incorporate conditioning into lessons to better improve physical performance.  

Team kids are climbers who are looking to really push themselves forward in their climbing. They must schedule and complete a tryout with a qualified staff member which will indicate whether they start on intermediate or advanced team. The Competitive Team is composed of the strongest climbers. These climbers follow a rigorous training program suited for athletes aspiring to compete at the national level. They will be given workouts to maximize their strength, stamina, technique and problem solving skills. Climbers Ability: 5.11-5.13; V3-V10+

Our goal is to provide a supportive community for Women and Non-Binary individuals to get together, connect, stay active and empower each other.
