Each one teaches your body to organize with more precision, more strength, and more freedom. You will learn how to move with awareness, connect mind and muscle, and express the potential the universe has placed within you.

Yoga flow class that centers on strength, mobility, and flexibility with attention to mindfulness. Classes typically begin with grounding breath meditation, followed with a targeted warm-up to prepare for a purposeful alignment-based practice, and closes with full body relaxation.
